Equest manufacturers Zoetis encourage all horse wormer customers to perform a worm egg count test 14 days after worming to check that the wormer killed the worms.

When purchasing a horse worming treatment, you must choose a product that you know works for your horse on your property.

It contains the active ingredients Moxidectin (20 mg/ml) and Praziquantel (125 mg/ml).

Directions:
Equest Plus Tape is supplied in a ready to use syringe calibrated according to the body mass of the horse to be treated, in intervals of 25 kg body mass. The contents of this syringe will treat a horse of 700 kg.

Equest Plus Tape is administered orally at a dose rate of 0,4 mg / kg Moxidectin and 2,5 mg Praziquantel per kg body mass.
